Villainous Big Bang

Arl Rendon Howe - this dude is allegedly a Nice Guy, or at least he was at some point in time to become friends with a prospective protag's dad. But whoever has friends like Howe literally doesn't need enemies as he straight up has everyone living in Highever Castle butchered in their sleep, and he later joins the main antagonist's cause because of course he does. While the main antagonist might have had an understandable once upon a time, though, Howe is just in it for the fame and he deserves anything that's coming for him.
